Job Description
• Fix general technical issues and perform general maintenance of photocopy machines, printers, and computers
• Provide basic on-going first-line technical support school staff and students
• Troubleshoot and repair minor computer and peripheral equipment problems/issues
• Coordinate computer hardware repairs records fort the school
• Maintain technology inventory records for the school
• Perform other technology related duties as assigned
Job Requirement
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
• Good knowledge of using/working on design software is a plus
• Good knowledge of the troubleshooting and operation of computer hardware and common software applications such Microsoft Office
• Be able to carry out maintenance plans and repair schedules for technical resources
• Be able to listen, understand and analyze problems
• Must be able to work that require physical requirements (Some standing, walking, moving, climbing, lifting, carrying, bending, kneeling, crawling, reaching, handling, pushing and pulling)
• Willingness to collaborate on projects and work with a team
