• Provide instruction in the learning of Music (percussion, wind, and acoustic instruments)

• Manage Director’s travel arrangement locally and internally (including visas/accommodation)
• Process Director’s correspondence, ensuring that incoming correspondence is dealt with by the Director/or on behalf of the Director, or other staff as appropriate
• Maintain Director’s office systems, including data management and filing
• Maintain records of Director’s email contacts
• Screen calls, enquiries and requests, and deal with them when appropriate
• Assist Director in researching and following up with action on matters which fall within the Director’s responsibility – chasing responses, triggering follow-up action
• Produce documents, briefing papers, meeting minutes, reports, and presentations for the Director
• Prepare meeting agendas and organize meetings and ensure that everything is well prepared for those meetings
• Meet and greet visitors at all levels of seniority
• Provide school tour to visitors
• Assist/support Director, Deputy Director, and School Office Team in arranging School Events
• Any other duties as required

• Motivate students to take up new sports or athletic pursuits
• Evaluate and record the performance of students throughout the school year
• Make Report Cards for the students
• Train and coach school sports teams to compete and succeed in nation-wide events

• Implement the SOP of Smiling Gecko Sponsorship Program
• Manage all the communication tracking and update work progresses of Sponsorship Program from the school side
• Provide support to the front office team

• Support the teachers in providing an effective learning environment
• Support an individual student/a group of students competently with minimal guidance from the teacher
• Be able to cover the teachers for short periods as necessary
• Assist the teachers to guide the students through encouragement/questioning/prompting to do their tasks without telling the answers or doing the tasks for them
• Be able to question or explain to students at an appropriate language level so they understand
• Assist the teachers with student learning and organization

• Fix general technical issues and perform general maintenance of photocopy machines, printers, and computers
• Provide basic on-going first-line technical support school staff and students
• Troubleshoot and repair minor computer and peripheral equipment problems/issues
• Coordinate computer hardware repairs records fort the school
• Maintain technology inventory records for the school
• Perform other technology related duties as assigned

• Organize, maintain, and manage ICT Classroom in proper working condition
• Teach students how to use computers
• Develop and implement lesson plans and classroom activities in consistent with the ICT Curriculum of the school
• Ensure that all lessons taught are engaging and stimulating
• Monitor students progress, identify appropriate intervention strategies and adopt an appropriate action the students
• Make Report Cards for the students
