• Drives quality control activities to improve the quality of business produced by the Sales & Distribution team.
• Supervises quality of sales activities in conjunction with the company’s policies, including, but not limited to, suitability requirements, sales conducts, sales practices; and sufficient and accurate training.
• Performs SQA activities, including field spot-checks/reviews, with related parties to ensure driven action plans are practicable, relevant, and able to identify root causes of risks/issues.
• Ensures respective salesforce corrective actions are implemented.
• Supports the conduct of hypothesis testing ad projects within departments or inter-departments on initiatives resulting from analytics.
• Keeps updating job knowledge to remain informed about novelty in the field.
• Other tasks as assigned by management.
