Job Description
• Build a collaborative relationship/network within and cross functions to align with functional strategy that being a business strategy partner in delivering an energized and safe environment place to work.
• Lead and Manage various property projects in development team to response to office expansion and other refurbishment projects (e.g. physical office service set up & launch, new office deployment model, Head Quarter project study) and work requests are delivered according to plan.
• Support, and join control in Administrative, Office Services & Facility Management, Fixed Asset Management, and Health & Safety to deliver a conducive working environment.
• Participate in promote the digitization of processes to improve turn-around times and user experiences
• Deliver an improvement of Vehicle Fleet Management utilization and uninterrupted transportation services by monitoring the quarterly dashboard more efficiently.
• Understand and adhere to Property Management standards, governance framework, policies and guidelines to ensure compliance of the team.
• Stimulate cost saving & avoidance initiatives in every little spend by maintaining outstanding outcomes.
• Oversight and rest-assure health, safety, and security policy and procedure are fully adhered.
• Coordinate Risk/Control/Action (RCA) items updated for LR&C on regular basis in property management function.
• Manage and plan to ensure that the team have the requisite skills and resources to achieve and deliver according to plan.
• Train and upskill property management team.
• Participate in developing or enhancing the SOP and guiding policies to meet the PCLA’s standard and align to group policy.
• Manage and plan to ensure that the team have the requisite skills and resources to achieve and deliver according to plan.
• Coordinate the allocation & completion of work requests within the team to ensure they meet agreed turnaround times.
• Continually improve the team’s awareness of all company policies and procedures.
• Perform other tasks as cross functional projects and/or assigned by line manager.
