• Performance Management (40%)
o Design, review and manage the performance management process and framework for Prudential ensuring smooth execution of its KPI Setting, Mid-year review, year-end review process and local calibration.
o Promote a culture of continuous feedback using the Company’s 360 Degree feedback tool
o Facilitate and ensure all the necessary tools and systems for facilitating the performance management process are set up, tested and ready for launch in accordance with performance management timelines.
o Be a subject matter expert for performance management and feedback tool to ensure well support and educate to Managers and Employees.
o Wellbeing Initiatives (40%)
o Implement Prudential’s well-being proposition by delivering initiatives and programs well-being coaching, health and wellness, mental and financial well-being and work-life blend.
o Monitor the applicability and effectiveness of various well-being programs through surveys and make adjustments where needed
o In-Scope Projects (20%)
o Provide support for new initiatives or projects pertaining to performance and rewards function that may include system implementation, process and SOP design.
