• Payment Solution and Integration
o Create payment solution, workflow, wireframes
o Work with payment partners, prepare project plan, onboard partner
o Technical integration and analysis
o End to end test of the journey
o Application integration solution, derivation and implementation
o Adoption of new technology and improvements
o Investigate and implement new technology in-house.
o Automated solution for manual processes
o Design workflows
o Build and share knowledge to implement and embed good practice
o Ensure accessibility of information to all relevant stakeholders.
o Work closely with Head of IT to design and plan for professional development initiatives like Security Training, Risk Management Training, etc.
