Job Description
- Design and implement material plan according to company demanding
- Analyses price proposals, quality, quantity, guarantee period for best selection
- Negotiate contracts/agreement on behalf of company
- Meet with staff and vendors to discuss defective or unacceptable goods or services and determine corrective action
- Evaluate and monitor all vendors and supplies comply with the terms and conditions
- Follow up the whole process and ensure to follow SOP such as: understand demanding, sourcing supplier, quotation, agreements, term of payment, delivered etc.
- Visit suppliers’ plants and distribution centers to examine and learn about products, services, and prices
- Other tasks assigned by Procurement Manager.
Job Requirement
- 5 years’ experience in Procurement process
- Bachelor Degree of business administrative or any related degree
- Good at English language
- Strong at communication, negotiation skill, self motivation, work pressure
- Honestly, loyalty and time management
