Job Description
• Leading a team of trainers and teachers in implementing highest standards for skills training to support trainees in finding jobs or starting business
• Collecting, analysis and evaluate quality data and that all reporting systems are on time for program report.
• Liaising with stakeholder or NGO partners or DoVT to get lesson learned, develop and share the best practice model on training marginalized poeple for employment.
• Liaising with DoVT to validate and issue certificate for training completion.
• Search for training need and adjust the training course to match job market need
• Managing of skills training activities for trainees, building the capacity of teachers and trainers and improving the quality of training.
• Creating positive impact for marginalized trainees through high-quality vocational training.
• By cooperating with relevant departments, work closely with teachers and trainers to develop training curriculum.
• Review requests for training materials/supplies or school equipment
• Other tasks assigned by direct manager.
Job Requirement
• Relevant university degree or vocational training school background with NGO environment.
• At least 4 years of experience in managing/coordinating educational, Employment projects and staff.
• Holding pedagogy certificate or having adult training/teaching experiences.
• Passion for working with marginalized communities and supporting youth employment.
• Dynamic team leader qualities and you enjoy building the capacity of your team.
• Good understanding of how training business should operate
• Ability to collaborate with multiple teams and external partners
• Effective team leadership and coordination are vital in this role
• Strong problem-solving skills to resolve issues that may arise during the work, such as scheduling and team conflicts or materials issues
• Budget management experience required
• Knowledge of working related computer skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organization skills to effectively manage schedules
• Excellent skills in Khmer and English
• Knowledge of the Office package and Social Media
• Strongly administrative skills.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule (nights and weekends, as needed)
