Job Description
• Manage, implement and support the day-to-day of an IT operational works
• Responsible for end-user’s computer issues and general IT technical supports
• Weekly report to the line managers but must be immediately report if any critical issues found
• Maintain and administrator of Email, Surveillance Camera Security, Server, Firewall, Computer Network Equipment (Switch, Router, Mikrotik)
• Maintain Computer hardware and software such as Servers, Printer, Finger print, Network Devices and Utilities including virus cleaning
• Coordinate and implement network security measures in order to protect data, software, and hardware
• Responsible for network devices configuration within security methods
• All authentication/authorization information must be in a secret way
• Provide smoothly communication with IT team
• Adapt with workplace environment and quick learn the new technologies
• Other technical tasks will be assigned by Supervisor
Job Requirement
• Fresh graduate or degree holder with major in IT or related field
• Knowledge Microsoft Window server 2008 above, Office 365, Outlook
• Knowledge and experiences in windows network environment
• Ability to operate and communicate well with all levels of employees and superiors
• Good problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft office suite
• Ability to work under high pressure and high responsibility
• Good command of English
• Good communication/teamwork and fast learner
• Willing to learn and upgrade position
• Be proactive, enthusiastic, presentable and strong sense of responsibilities
• Able to work under pressure and be flexible, creative and initiative
