Job Description
• Manage the administrative, procurement and financial task,
• Prepare financial reports to CEO,
• Ensure efficient and effective financial monitoring and reporting,
• Participate in the preparation of the annual budget plan,
• Manage accounting records and implement procurement plans,
• Monitor and record all documents such as legal documents, professional documents, contracts, reports, important administrative documents, etc.,
• Develop plans for human resource development and management, capacity building and build a highly productive and professional organization,
• Manage ICT system,
• Perform other tasks assigned by CEO.
Job Requirement
• Bachelor’s Degree (CFA, ACCA or CPA is a plus) in finance, accounting, business administration or related field;
• At least 5 years’ experience in relevant fields.
• Previous experience in projects funded by International Organizations is a plus;
• Demonstrate skills in administrative and finance/accounting work;
• An analytical mind and problem-solving skills;
• In-depth knowledge of industry best practices;
• Excellent leadership, management and attention to detail; and
• Good command of English and Khmer in both speaking and writing (Chinese is a plus).
