Job Description
• Assist CEO in preparing operational plan, strategy, guideline, programs, etc.,
• Assist CEO in supervising and monitoring the implementation of operational plan,
• Review and make recommendations on relevant reports and training project proposals,
• Participate in developing short-, medium- and long-term strategies to achieve SDF’s mission,
• Organize and coordinate team capacity building,
• Provide support and advice to implementation of the action plan of each division,
• Attend regular meetings and report to CEO,
• Participate in coordinating and resolving issues both internal and external,
• Initiate innovative ideas and design of SDF programs,
• Participate in building relationships and increasing partnerships with relevant institutions, both national and international,
• Perform other tasks assigned by CEO.
Job Requirement
• Master’s degree in management, economic, education, development, or relevant fields;
• At least 7 years’ experiences in relevant fields;
• Excellent critical thinking, communication and leadership skills;
• Ability to write analytical reports;
• Good command of English and Khmer in both speaking and writing; and
• Passionate and strong drive for results.
