Leadership
Guide, share, and communicate with team to deliver excellent customer service in term of graphic and interior design.
Prioritize tasks to make sure overall projects get done on time.
Coach, train and develop new and existing team members to make sure they know how to do their jobs.
Clearly understanding SHH mission and vision to be able to communicate to the team.
Being a role model for the team to provide excellent customer service for both internal and external customers.
Work collaboratively with your team to brain storm good ideas and help them increase innovative thinking among the team.
Job Requirement
BA in Interior Design or any relate field.
At least 1 years working experience in Interior or graphic Design position.
Highly personable, with the ability to quickly build relationships.
Be able to travel to the site when needed.
Be able to work under pressure.
Communication skills in speaking/Writing English.
Knowledge of computer literacy (Microsoft office word, Power point, Excel)
Good interpersonal and Communication skills.
Strong skill in organization.
Very patience, flexible, honest and friendly
