Job Description
• Installing and configuring computer hardware, Software, Systems, Networks, Printers, and Scanners.
• Monitoring and maintaining SAP, Computer Systems and Networks. Management of IT Asset Inventory.
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
• Setting up office equipment (PC, Email address, etc) for new joiner.
• Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
• Other Tasks assigned by managers.
Job Requirement
• Degree in any IT related fields.
• Required min 1 years or above working experiences in retail channel or fresh graduated are accepted.
• Knowledge in SAP system, Web development and networking setup will be an advantage.
