• Establish and maintain good relationship with distributor, and Route Sales Dealer Team.
• Regular follow up distributor sales activity, sales performance, supply and inventory status.
• Execute Sales strategy to boost up the Route Sales.
• Perform marketing Plan to approach dealer purchase from distributor.
• Regular follow up dealer activity, Stock status, Sales Performance, Dealer inquiry and support Dealer development.
• Communicates, deals and handles distributor & Dealer marketing activity, monitor campaign sales program and feedback market information.
• Conduct dealer visit program to develop new dealer network and expand sales channel. Prepare Weekly Sales Report and update market trend / competitor information to Distributor / Sales Manager / General Manager

• Installing and configuring computer hardware, Software, Systems, Networks, Printers, and Scanners.
• Monitoring and maintaining SAP, Computer Systems and Networks. Management of IT Asset Inventory.
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
• Setting up office equipment (PC, Email address, etc) for new joiner.
• Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.

• Provide sound technical support and total air conditioning solution to all sales enquiries/project bids/tenders;equipment selection to designing; pre to post sales assistance, etc.
• Assist in corporate activities – e.g. Seminar on Product Launching dinner, company activities etc.
• Gather feedback on competitors’ activities for Marketing Dept.
• Gather and follow-up on product quality issue with Product Development or Field Service Executives/Technicians until problem is resolved.
• Work closely with and monitor sub-contractors’ engineering and installation work progress at project sites – assisting in installation progresses and contract requirements are met.
• Take up new challengaes and additional responsibilities, includes non-core/non-related functional roles.
• Safety at work & worksites at all times.
• Perform and commit to other duties and activities assigned by the Management as and when necessary.

• Visit and make presentation on company profile and product to developer, consultant, architect, Contractor and owner for spec-in Daikin Brand.
• Propose preliminary design and budgetary quotations/tenders for costing information.
• Provide technical support & technical specification to customers on a timely basis.

• Establish and maintain good relationship developer, consultant, architect, contractor, owner and project dealer, especially in project management team members.
• Control the company’s costing and enhance the company’s projected profit target.
• Identify potential projects and propose effective solutions for air-conditioning system & design.
• Obtains quotations/tenders for costing information and seek for assistant manager/branch manager approval.
• Communicate, deal and handle customer, work inquiries/job progress and desired standards of customer requirements.
• Undertake site planning or progress inspection on the site project.
• Propose preliminary design and budgetary quotation for different application & solution.
• Provide technical support & technical specification to customers on a timely basis.
• Manage equipment delivery and payment collection based on project specification and schedule.
• Submit Visitation Report and Monthly Report to Assistant Project Manager & Project Manager.

• Cooperate with the service manager and other department managers to smoothly perform the following service engineer duties.
• Manage the service schedule according to the customer specific requirements and within the time line.
• Provide technical consultation to dealers and customers.
• Provide testing & commissioning service on site & document preparation.
• Provide after sales service and maintenance work to customers according to schedule.
• Organize technical seminars to contractors, consultants & customers.
