Job Description
• Achieving/exceeding set saes targets.
• Support a group of customers’account.
• Develop, expand and sustain distribution nextwork and enhance excellent relationship to business partners and customers.
• Provide system design, other sales support to customers and market Daikin brand image professionally.
• Executive sales and marketing activities, plans & strategies .
• Adhere and comply with SOPP guidelines.
• Cost effectiveness and control.
• Perform any other duties directed by the Manager.
• Work with all business partners closely, to gain their trust and confidence to use Daikin AP Products in their HVAC requirements.
• Provide sound technical support and total air conditioning solution to all sales enquiries/project bids/tenders;equipment selection to designing; pre to post sales assistance, etc.
• Assist in corporate activities – e.g. Seminar on Product Launching dinner, company activities etc.
• Gather feedback on competitors’ activities for Marketing Dept.
• Gather and follow-up on product quality issue with Product Development or Field Service Executives/Technicians until problem is resolved.
• Work closely with and monitor sub-contractors’ engineering and installation work progress at project sites – assisting in installation progresses and contract requirements are met.
• Take up new challengaes and additional responsibilities, includes non-core/non-related functional roles.
• Safety at work & worksites at all times.
• Perform and commit to other duties and activities assigned by the Management as and when necessary.
Job Requirement
• Degree in any Engineering discipline, preferable Mechanical & Electrical Engineering.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Possess knowledge in air conditioning or Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) field & relevant working experience will be an advantage.
• Computer literacy is essential (Microsoft excel, word, power point, AutoCAD) .
• Highly self-motivated.
• Good interpersonal & presentation skills.
• Good planning & organizing skills.
• Work the extra mile in enhancing customer relationship.
• Possess own transport.
