Job Description
• Meet or exceed the assigned sales and revenue targets through acquiring new customers and retaining existing customers.
• Negotiate sales contracts with prospective clients.
• Help to determine pricing, promotions, and negotiations, and prepare weekly and monthly reports
• Contribute to business success by initiating and participating in various cold-calling and marketing activities.
• Leverage and expand customer relationship to maximize referral (customer to customer)
• and business opportunities
• Collect supporting documents and prepare credit applications with provision of strong analysis, recommendation, and business justification.
• Provide high standard of service to customers at all times and address customer’s complaints/issues in a professional manner.
• Manage quality customer portfolio, maintain accurate records, and always follow the company’s policies and procedures.
• Be vigilant on any early credit warning signs and produce immediate report on potential financial or operations losses.
• Stay updated with company’s product suite, marketing campaigns, competitor’s activities, and industry.
Job Requirement
• Bachelor’s degreein Sale & Marketing, Business Admin, or related fields
• Have at least 2-year experience in sale, sale support or related fields
• Financial background with good knowledge in credit assessment
• Customer focus and strong communication skills
• Strong analytical skills with ability to articulate complex issues.
• Confidence, proactive and ability to work under pressure
• Good planning, negotiation, problem solving & organizational skills
• Desire to go extra and beyond responsibilities
• Be a team player and like to deal with challenges
• Good knowledge of English both speaking and writing
• Good knowledge MS Office such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Internet access;
