Job Description
• Conduct short- and long-term planning and management for events and sales activations both off and online.
• Build long-term, value-based customer relationships that enable achievement of sales objectives, upsell and cross sell.
• Lead and support partnership marketing to build awareness and drive values from various business partners.
• Initiate unique engagement campaigns to drive leads.
• Create well-rounded strategy to increase performance of Bancassurance and agency businesses.
• Plan and execute roadshows, events, workshops, experiential campaigns, and sales activations.
• Plan and execute strategic initiatives to improve bancassurance performance.
• Initiate strategic plans to improve agency performance, engage, and support with sale enabler tools, and messages.
• Initiate programs and plans to attract and nurture affluent and high net worth customers.
• Plan and review various partnership activities online and offline, to ensure sale performance and awareness.
Job Requirement
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in brand management, brand marketing, marketing management, Public Relations, and Corporate Communications.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally.
• Experience managing brand and corporate communications.
• Creative thinker and problem solver.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Strategic thinker able to identify long-term opportunities and trends.
• Ability to deliver within budgets and tight timelines.
• Fluent in Khmer and English both speaking and writing. Key Success Factors & Performance Measures:

• Building brand awareness and increasing brand value and profitability.
