Job Description
• keep update on new or enhanced products/information/services to maintain a high-quality service to customers, for example: quick answer to inbound calls and other queries from customers to make sure that we hit service level more than 90% every day.
• Focus on undertaking out-bound calls to ensure customers are aware of the post-sale service capabilities as well as the methods in which they can contact Prudential.
• Promptly and accurately complete all related administration activities: update customer’s information, report, record, etc. in accordance with relevant service standards.
• Identify sales lead and refer sales support.
• Provide one stop shop service to customers to ensure customer needs are addressed with accurate information.
• Other duties as assigned by line manager.
• Qualifications:
• High school graduate with good English (speaking, reading, listening, and writing) in addition.
