Job Requirement
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum 1-year experience in administering and troubleshooting MS Windows client, Security Endpoints, Printer
• Experiences in storage and server are preferable.
• Microsoft MCSA certified.
• Proficiency of diagnosing and solving customer issues
• Good in interpersonal communication
• Good in English writing, listening and speaking
• Strong commitment, passion, self-motivation and team spirit
• Able to work under pressure
