Job Description
• Manage All claim reports
• Perform the Claim assessment and investigation
• Manage Claim TAT & Ensure the TAT standards are achieved
• Update the Claim SOP and Booklet & Ensure the productivity standards are achieved
• Keep update the Claim Committee Members
• Ensure claims payments are in accordance with the Claims management guidelines of the company
• Conduct workshops and training to the staff to improve and enhance their knowledge and skills in claims processing
• Ensure effective communication with all Distribution Channels and customers
• Set up the training, Learning and Sharing knowledge to team members or other department in areas of expertise
• Provide training to Distribution Department and Agency
• Perform and Delivery other tasks as assigned by Line Manager
Job Requirement
1- Qualifications: Bachelor Degree and Fluent in English (Speaking, Reading, Writing, and listening)
2- Knowledge: Office computer
3- Skills: sound judgment, analytical and communicative skills, customer service oriented and enjoy working with people from all levels
4- Experience: At least 4 years experience in Life Insurance Industry
5- High commitment and able to work under pressure
6- Could work under pressured
7- Good attitude
