• Principal Accountability & Responsibility:
o Preparing Daily report.
o Record accurate inspections carried out in line with the site documents.
o Training for new worker about the safety requirement on site.
o Do safety Toolbox Talk and Specific Training and safety induction.
o Safety Equipment and Waste Management and housekeeping system control.
o Analyze risk of each work on site and propose a solution to reduce the risk and hazard.
o Control the Security Guard to keep the site secure.
o Emergency Instruction, First aid arrangement, Fire prevention.
o Manage and supervise temporary work.
o Implement the safety procedures to the contract employees.
o Control stock of HSE equipment and tools.
o Planning for PR HSE equipment and tools.
o Quality duties:
o Make a commitment to achieve the objectives defined in the VCGP company policy. Respect all the procedures relating to the position.
o Share and feed-back non-compliance, complaints of the client, preventive actions and ideas of improvement.
o Contribute to promote the brand image of the company.
o Keep a lid on company’s information.
o Health, Safety and Environment duties :
