Roles and Responsibilities: A Senior Planning Engineer is responsible for the overall evaluation and control of the assigned project schedules and performs schedule development, monitoring of the planning/scheduling. Also assist in bidding preparation, outsourcing works, project coordination. Responsible to support development of the monthly reports and to perform schedule assessments as requested.

• Request/follow up, clarify quotations from suppliers/subcontractors for bidding and on-going projects
• Review proposal from suppliers/ Subcontractors and seek for more information if missing.
• Produce Comparison of Price & Technical requirement
• Prepare a comprehensive analysis of prices and technical requirements.
• Prepare subcontract/sale agreement including supporting documents.
• Drafting Proposal for design proposal including presentation, methods, and other supporting documents as per required.
• Review Tender documents and prepare the project understanding and submit to management team.
• Assist to prepare bidding documents (Preliminary Schedule, milestones, Construction Method Statement, Materials List, Supplier lists, Exclusion, and other relevant documents during bidding stage)

Technical:
• Establish Project parameters including start and co constraints and budget allowances;
• Establish Project Milestones;
• Ensure and implement Cost Control Measures at all level of the construction sites;
• Contracts administration and control - reconciliation, consolidation and reporting;
• Day to today resources planning (Men, Materials and Machineries);
• Coordinate with Clients and Construction Manager/Site Manager for day to day activity;
• Oversee an entire construction project, or specific aspects of a larger project;
• Determine the scheduling of different phases of a project based on established deadlines;
• Develop the program of work and strategy for making the project happen;
• Plan ahead to prevent problems on site before they occur;

• HSE monitoring control to ensure that all HSE programs are implemented as well.
• Lead and train the safety officer/engineer to improve the knowledge and HSE leadership skill.
• Ensure that HSE programs are controlled as well and adhered to the HSE performance schedule.
• Motivate the safety officer/engineer in practices to work effectively.
• Perform other work-related tasks a required as assigned.

** Roles and Responsibilities: Senior Survey Engineer make precise measurements to determine property boundaries. They provide data relevant to the shape and contour of the Earth’s surface for engineering, mapmaking, and construction projects.
• Measure distances and angles between points on, above, and below the Earth’s surface
• Travel to locations and select known reference points to determine the exact location of important features
• Establish stake sites and official land and water boundaries
• Research land records, survey records, and land titles
• Look for evidence of previous boundaries to determine where boundary lines are located
• Record the results of surveying and verify the accuracy of data
• Prepare plots, maps, and reports
• Present findings to clients, government agencies, and others
• Take notes of land for deeds, leases, and other legal documents
• Provide expert testimony in court regarding survey work
• Train assistants and helpers, and direct their work in such activities as performing surveys or drafting maps.

I. Roles and Responsibilities: The Electrical Design Engineer position will provide optimum design solutions for customer applications, designs for manufacturability and cost estimates for quotation purposes based on their designs.

• Produce concept design, Design Schematic, Design Development and Construction Design of electrical (LV and ELV) system as per architect layout, requirement of client and specification
• Produce tender drawing of electrical (Genset, cable containment, socket, lighting, PA, ACC, FAS, CCtV system….

• Consult with the Consultant to determine function and spatial requirement of Architecture/structure/MEP.
• Coordinate closely with plumbing, firefighting, Mechanical, Architect, Structure Team……
• Direct activities of workers engaged in preparing drawing and specification documents.

- Create building designs and highly detailed drawings both by hand and by using specialist computer-aided design (CAD) applications

- Deal with problem that might come up during building, and Choosing the materials to be used and specifying the requirements for the project
- Coordinate and circulate information within BIM Team and SMCD
- Oversee the entire construction process from beginning to end. This involves continually communicating with construction supervisors to ensure that everything goes according to plan
