• Manage a team of 4-5 sales representative, coach and guide them to manage wholesalers and end-customers in Phnom Penh to ensure they are handling all portfolio & healthy profitable
• Manage, lead, train the sales force, provide guidelines and problem resolution to ensure team members are fully equipped to motivate customers to achieve sales targets

• Conduct business review with top 20 key wholesalers,
• Conduct regular visit to outlets to excellent service delivery is provided by the team,

• Support utility engineer on daily utility operation.
• Make sure smooth utilities supply from day-to-day operation, support and satisfy production needs on all utilities.
• Plan manpower for weekly utility operation.
• Carry out maintenance works with suppliers and engineering team.
• Test, troubleshoot and perform and perform basic repair for mechanical and electrical systems (e.g motor, pump, valve and electrical components)
• Good knowledge in boiler system, air compressor system, cooling tower system, water treatment plant, waste water treatment plant, electrical system, gen-set, building facilities, cool and chilled room systems

• Perform the Basic Equipment Care (BEC) and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and report any fault to supervisor
• Record the machine breakdown, machine output, wastage on time and accurate and report to supervisor
• Ability to identify the rout cause and solving issues of machine breakdown or abnormality
• Perform CIP/COP, sanitation process and involved in chemical handling/preparation
• Properly fills out all daily records and reports, in accordance with applicable work instructions
• Drive innovation and improvement production line to increase Productivity with a safe operating environment
• Maintain Production variance and ensure the required materials are a variable fully operation
• Fully compliance with related company policy and regulations in responsible areas

• Facilitate effective interaction among key team players. Engage, assist and support team members in shift meeting.
• Shift arrangement and job assignment to production operators to meet production process objectives.
• Monitor & Report overall production process by shift/line to meet required standards on safety, sanitary and process.
• Supervise and coach team members on machine’s operation and basic equipment care process.
• Monitor quality check during production process
• Discuss with and lead team members (QA, Syrup Room, Planning, and Production & Maintenance) in trouble shooting/investigating process.
• Monitor sanitary in production hall to meet GMP and Safety requirements
• Cost optimization on raw material, packaging material and expendable products.
• Deliver on time and accurate production report (material usages, losses, rejects and breakages) and issues analysis.
• Develop team capability by providing on-the-job training, coaching and performance management.
• Propose and manage and Sustain 5S, GMP and Safety in responsible areas.
• Maintain up-to-date records/evidence of employees' performance
• Attend to minor employees' grievances and inform superior of major grievances
• Fully compliance with related company policy and regulations in responsible areas.
• All executions are to be done in compliance with EHS, QA and Production standards
• Participate in continuous Improvement projects where improvement projects are identified and executed.
• Perform other valued added tasks as required.

• Responsible for FG products and empties pallet stacking in proper area assigned
• Load and unloading on delivery/incoming trucks
• Daily inspect the Forklift prior to operate
• Responsible for WH Housekeeping, and Maintain 5S at Working place
• Report to Supervisor for abnormal equipment condition such as Forklift, Pallet Handiest and Reach truck.
• Implement FEFO and to ensure for Date of Dispatch (DOD tag) label for all pallets from Production
• Report to Supervisor on Product breakage or pallet damage during loading/unloading and also return from the Markets
• Support for Daily stock count of Inventory and report to Supervisor and perform stock count with cross functions as per schedule
• Responsible for the cleanliness of WH equipment and Working areas. WH Housekeeping, and Maintain 5S at Working place
• Respond for packaging and pallets during support line make sure PD line not down time.

• Receive products from Production, reconcile the quantity and execute into SAP system and achieve
• Check materials purchased items vs actual received, and verify with related document, execute GRN into system (SAP)
• Ingredients and batching preparation as PD schedule on time and properly according to each ingredients requirement
• Daily stock count of Inventory and report to Supervisor and perform stock count with cross functions as per schedule.
• Responsible for WH Housekeeping, GMP activities, maintain 6S at Working place and ISO comply as per Company's policy
• Verify and preparing FGs both of import and export, to ensure correct Qty, according to the schedule confirmed and inventory movement.
• Verify all of BDL (Breakages, Damage and Losses) and daily report to perform RFA and scrap out from the system (SAP).
• Updating and regularly report, all of materials (RM, PM & Chemical) and FGs movement and on time execute (GR & GI)
• To ensure all of operating document are well keeping for the auditing and other purposes.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor
