-Check and manage all data from all substations.
-Ensure to submit all data report to related counterparts internal (CPTL) and external (EDC, NCC, and EAC).
-Assist HOO to check and verify total monthly energy at substations.
-Double check monthly billing energy report and submit to HOO.
-Prepare quarterly data energy report to EAC.
-Prepare summary data, energy, monthly report for internal operations department.
-Work close collaborate with teams leader, review and summary power demand data report, Outage report, (Monthly and Yearly report),
-Assist HOO in preparing and consolidation of annual operation plans & budgets.
-Work close collaborate with teams leader to check and follow up the proposal at substations.
-Work close collaborate with various department follow up the progressing of proposal.
-Assist HOO to prepare the proposal requested.
-Analyze and estimate data planning for the future.
-Checking monthly activity report which send from substations.
-Collaborate with various department for preparing some event in CPTL’s company.
-Assist HOO to valuate employee probation, yearly PA, and conduct new staff orientation.
-Assist HOO to draft operation manual and procedure (SOP).
-Some special case, job will be assigned by direct Head of Operation (SOP, KPI, PTA…etc.).
-Others assignment from management.
