Job Description
- Perform site supervision
- Prepare of daily site reports, weekly reports, maintenance of site records, manage site access, overseeing QA/QC procedures & those of site contractors,
- Assisting Construction Manager
- In all matters of regular project coordination, construction, quality, planning & reporting.
- Coordinating & Liaising
Job Requirement
- Graduate from Architect or Engineer or relate file
- Minimum 2 years experience, preferably 5 years
- Work experience in construction covering both site and office
- good working understanding of local regulations, established relationships with local contractors and authority departments and procedures
- High level communication skills, a good understanding of spoken and written English
- Achievement of agreed dates for production of drawings
- As built drawings that reflect the site conditions
