-Develop and review of policies and procedures in relation to architectural structures and systems and construction/safety codes

- Responsible for completing own designing work in timely and efficient manner
- Implement quality of architectural design production according to building codes, law, requirements and architectural graphic standards
- Implement the operation system from concept, schematic design through the development of construction documents as per guidance from the Architect Supervisor
- Undertake architectural schematic and concept design for assigned projects including preliminary design calculations, preliminary sketches/drawings, preliminary specifications and other required design information
- Exhibit basic understanding of general design concept of architecture, structure and MEP
- Join regular site visits to check on construction progress to monitor compliance with plan and quality-check

- Review and ensure MEP design and specifications comply to function, practicality, construct ability and value engineered aspects comply with building
- Manage and liaise with contractor during project implementation on technical matters
- Explore alternative design and specifications which are beneficial to projects
- Review design development, tender, construction and handover to ensure design requirements are met
- Facilitate discussion between consultant and contractor to resolve design and construction in relation to technical issues
