• វិស្វករសវនករ(គ្រឿងបង្គុំ) មានតួនាទី ត្រួតពិនិត្យបច្ចេកទេសសំណង់ ការងារដេគ័រ ទៅតាមប្លង់ Designer, ត្រួតពិនិត្យឡើងវិញជាមួយវិស្វករពីការកែប្រែកំហុស និងចំនុចខ្វះខាតពីគ្រប់សំណើ, Spot check បច្ចេកទេស គុណភាព សុវត្ថិភាពសម្ភារៈការដ្ឋាន,ត្រួតពិនិត្យរបាយការណ៍ចំណាយប្រចាំសប្តាហ៍ដែលស្នើដោយវិស្វករ, រាយការណ៍ពីបញ្ហាកើតឡើងនៅការដ្ឋានជូនប្រធានក្រុម

** JOB RESPONSIBILITY
• ត្រួតពិនិត្យបច្ចេកទេសសំណង់គ្រឿងបង្គុំ និង ការងារដេគ័រតាមរយៈសំណើវិស្វក័ការដ្ឋាន គោរពតាមប្លង់ Designer។
• ត្រួតពិនិត្យឡើងវិញជាមួយវិស្វករកាដ្ឋានដើម្បីធានាថាបានកែប្រែរាល់កំហុស និង ចំនុចខ្វះខាតគ្រប់សំណើឆែកទាំងអស់។
• Spot-Check បច្ចេកទេស គុណភាព សុវត្ថិភាព និង សម្ភារៈប្រើប្រាស់នៅការដ្ឋាន។
• ថតរូបភាពរាល់បញ្ហាកើតមាននៅការដ្ឋាន និង រាយការណ៍ជូនប្រធានក្រុមដើម្បីដោះស្រាយឲ្យទាន់ពេលវេលា។
• ត្រួតពិនិត្យលើរបាយការណ៍ប្រាក់ចំណាយប្រចាំសប្តាហ៍ដែលស្នើដោយវិស្វករការដ្ឋាន ដើម្បីធានាថារាល់ការចំណាយទាំងអស់ ពិតជាត្រឹមត្រូវប្រៀបធៀបនឹងការងារដែលសម្រេចបាននៅការដ្ឋាន រួចបញ្ជូនបន្តទៅប្រធានផ្នែកសវនកម្ម។
• ការងារផ្សេងៗទៀតដែលបានដាក់ចេញដោយប្រធានផ្នែកសវនកម្ម។

** Duties & responsibilities:

•Calculation and check MEP work for the assigned projects.
•Review and check MEP construction drawing, Shop Drawing, and as-built drawing.
•Verify MEP drawing to be aligned with Architect and structural drawing.
•Give direction to engineer.
•Research and development on material and system.
•Provide design to insure that the building is in safe and serviceability condition.
•Provide safe and economic MEP material specification.
•Check quantity take off.
•Well coordinate within department, other department, and sub-contractor.
•Other task assigned by supervisor

- Design Electrical and plumbing system for buildings in project.
- Produce MEP BOQ for each building.
- Control process of producing construction drawing to ensure that it is aligned with architect, structure, and design specification.
- Conduct site inspections when needed.
- Assist in the quality and safety audit.
- Identify and highlight the possible risk of the project.
- Other task assigned by direct supervisor/manager.

- Reporting to the Site Manager or other senior project managers as required.
- Ensuring that requirements, as specified by the client and senior management, are met.
- Monitoring labor, building material, and equipment budgets and curbing unnecessary expenses.
- Supervising on-site construction work and relaying instructions from senior project managers.
- Reporting any concerns that might negatively impact projected cost and time estimates.
- Procuring materials, labor, and equipment, as well as third-party subcontractors and suppliers.
- Preparing work schedules and sequencing onsite tasks.
- Collaborating with other construction project stakeholders as required.
- Ensuring that construction industry safety regulations are followed.
