Job Description
• Project management duties such as managing resources, budgets and deadlines, acquiring and compiling quotes, etc.
• Making recommendations or presenting alternative solutions to problems
• Supervise and ensure accountability of staff and Worker
• Monitor construction progress foreman, workers, sub-contractor and including compliance with building and safety codes
• Preparing material, equipment, labour cost estimates and confirming costs are within budget
• Forecasting design and construction timeline
• Using design software program to create project drawings and drafting such as below:
o AutoCAD 2D
o Sketch up (Optional)
o Photoshop (Optional)
• Work collaboratively with HR/Admin, Accounting & Finance, Procurement, Site Team
• Cooperate with teams from main office related to project
• Perform other duties assigned by management
Job Requirement
• Bachelor Degree and/or equivalent related work experience required
• Experience of 5-10 years in hydropower construction is desired
• Ability to maintain highest level of ethical conduct, confidentiality and integrity
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required
• Excellent verbal and written in Khmer; Fluency in English is a plus
• Ability to work in team and good time management, hard-working and initiative skill
• Being honest, high commitment, good attitude, open-minded and good work ethic
• Ability to travel to sites/province
