• Taking ownership of customer-reported issues and ensuring that problems are resolved.
• Conducting research, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and finding solutions to resolve system issues.
• Following standard procedures to properly escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
• We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide enterprise-level assistance to our customers. You will diagnose and troubleshoot issues within our system and help customers efficiently utilize our products.
• The responsibilities of a Technical Support Engineer include resolving various issues. You will use chat applications to provide quick answers to customers' IT-related problems that are straightforward. For more complex issues requiring detailed guidance, you will contact
customers and/or provide clear instructions and technical manuals in writing.
• To be qualified for this role, you should hold a degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or experience. Additional technical expertise or certifications in similar areas would be advantageous. Job Requirement
• Minimum of 1 year of proven work experience in roles such as Technical Support Engineer
or similar.

• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to provide step-by-step technical guidance in written form.

•Design and implement a DevOps platform that covers areas such as build automation, deployment automation, test automation, environment management, monitoring, and production release procedures.
•Monitoring and maintaining the health and availability of our production services to prevent outages and issues.
•Knowledge of best practices and IT operations in Always-Available and highly scalable services

Job Requirement

• Experience in developing cloud-native services running on Amazon Web Service.
• Familiarity with AWS management console (IAM, AMI, EC2, Elastic Beanstalk, ECS, API Gateway, Lambda, Route 53, etc.)
