• Review shipping document from suppliers and process with the agency for the clearance
• Regularly update of import & export regulatory from authority government
• Shipments tracking report, manual cost spending by each shipment, and other logistic reports.
• Process for any new import and export documents required, and documentation for the Audit purpose
• Liaising with suppliers and carriers services to coordinate logistics and timelines
• Checking and confirmation with service providers (agencies) for the clearance schedule after arrived
• Well control on payment documents with related stockholders (Agency, brokers & co-loaders)
• Others tasks that assigned by supervisory.
Job Requirement
• Bachelor Degree in Business, Logistics and/or Supply Chain or related field.
• 2-3 years’ relevant experience in Supply Chain Management and logistic operation (in bounce & out bounce) Strong and effective interpersonal and communication skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills in both local and English
• Computer, Ms. Outlook and Ms. Office and SAP system is a plus
