• Develop and acquire new customers
• Maintain and build good relationship with the existing customers
• Learn insurance products and services and other technical skills in Insurance
• Provide the regular reports to the manager
• Perform other relevant jobs assigned by manager/management
Job Requirement
• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related fields
• At least 01 or 02 year(s) of sales experience in servicing industry or financial industry
• Proficiency in English is a must, bilingual in English and Chinese languages is added advantage
• Knowledge on computer literacy Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook
• Good communications and strong presentation skills
• Strong sense of customer services
• Good teamwork personality and flexible attitude
• Honest Hardworking and strong commitments toward the job
• Self-motivated and result oriented
• Willing to pursue sales career in financial service in insurance

• Set up appointment and conduct properly visits
• Maintain and build good relationship with the existing customers
• Learn insurance products and services and other technical skills in Insurance
• Monitor individual sales to achieve monthly and yearly target
• Participate in regular meeting and events
• Provide guidance, training, mentorship to new staff
• Plan and execute sales team to achieve company’s target
• Provide regular supports and report to the team manager
• Perform other relevant jobs assigned by manager/management
