** Responsibilities
• Work closely with our internal and external clients to provide 1st line application support
• Conduct analysis and troubleshooting to determine the root cause of the problems before escalating to relevant teams
• Monitor systems and processes, through both automated and manual checks, to identify current or potential issues
• Take ownership and ensure any identified current or potential issues are resolved, either directly or through escalation
• Participate in local application releases, from UAT testing, deployment into production, and post-release checkouts.
• Support local teams with the implementation, day to day operation and maintenance of the country IOT systems
• Develop and maintain customer support ticket systems, incident reports, and technical support documentation.
• Conduct workshops and provide training to end-users to increase the subscription rate and customer stickiness.
• Communicate with customers to gather feedback and feature-wished and share with the product team to further improve the products.
