The role of Senior Structural Design Engineer is to ensure the structure design withstand stresses and pressure imposed through environmental and human use without any deflect, rotate, vibrate excessively or collapse. The individual must also prepare reports and work with architects, urban planners and other professionals.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Give direction to Structural Designer/Engineer
• When assigned as a Group Leader, give directions to all Structural Design Group members
• Preparing reports, designs and drawings
• Reviewing drawings and conducting Case Analysis via ETABS
• Obtaining planning and/or building regulations approval
• Inspecting properties to check conditions/foundations
• Involve in the investigation and survey of build sites to determine the suitability of the earth for the requirements of the upcoming project.
• Examine structures at risk of collapse and advising how to improve their structural integrity, such as recommending removal or repair of defective parts or rebuilding the entire structure;
• Co-ordinate and consult with other members of their projects, including engineers, environmental scientists, architects and landscape architects.
• Organize and deliver materials and equipment for the needs of the construction project.
• Analyse configurations of the basic structural components of a building or other structure;
• Calculate the pressures, stresses and strains that each component, such as a beam or lintel, will experience from other parts of the structure due to human use or environmental pressures such as weather or earthquakes;
• Consider the strength of various materials, e.g. timber, concrete, steel and brick, to see how their inclusion may necessitate a change of structural design;
• Make drawings, specifications and computer models of structures for building contractors;
• Liaise with construction contractors to ensure that newly erected buildings are structurally sound;
• Liaise with other designers, including architects, to agree on safe designs and their fit with the aesthetic concept of the construction;
• Liaise with government authorities in their own inspections relating to the project.
• Apply expert knowledge of the forces that act on various structures;

- Manage and prepare well for construction site visit and check on construction progress with proper working report
- Solve all problems that might occur during construction process
- Checking and correcting mistake on construction drawings

- Responsible for leading, delegating, and guiding interior designer team in designing internal relevant projects.
- Translate the needs of clients into design idea/concept.
- Developing concept design into construction drawing.
- Site inspection (checking and correcting) during construction and progress reports.
- Coordinate between relevant disciplines.
- Provide technical solution when needed during designing projects.
- Provide technical solution when problems occur during construction progress.
- Work directly with line manager as well as top management.
- Check and verify technical drawing before submitting to top management/client/construction team.
- Ensure the teams are meeting deadline.
- Manage and check weekly schedule for interior designer and update project progress.
- Material selection, propose to make cost efficiency

- Bachelor degree in Computer Science with or without experiences
- Passion to work in software testing
- Good writing and speaking in English
- Good communication and teamwork
- Having knowledge of programming languages: JavaScript, HTML/CSS
- Be able to use IE, Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari, and Selenium IDE Plugins is a plus
- Quick learning and ability to adapt to different environments

Control Computer network and Internet
- Create a user account and assign permission to access data on the server
- Create email account and set up in Windows, Mac, phone & IPAD
- Setup antivirus for all company groups (Definition Update)
- Troubleshoot IT problem, identify the root of the problem and make the solution
- Assure network and Internet connection is always available for users
- Maintain Mail Server, Domain Controller, Database Server, File Server, Camera System, Phone System, Wi-Fi, fingerprint for the access door, and Printer
- Configure router, wireless, access point, share printer, & scanner
- Check software on the computer to see if it meets IT guideline and policy
- Make disaster recovery plan, offsite backup, daily backup
- Control and share resource such as camera, printer, laptop, scanner
- Study system and propose upgrade if needed
- Contact suppliers for quotation and maintain IT inventory list

-Develop and review of policies and procedures in relation to architectural structures and systems and construction/safety codes
- Supervise project / construction; coordinate the monitoring of construction progress and planning handle the technical regulation of the construction
- Lead to designs projects and/or review architectural or engineering plans, specifications and contract documents
- Monitor architecture staff drawing, check the site of construction, structure
- Lead Project administration- Preparing and presenting design proposals to clients
- Attending regular meetings with clients, contractors and other specialists
- Producing detailed drawings from which costing are made
- Making sure that the project is running within the agreed time frame
- Leading engineers and working process of subcontractors to achieve or complete the work by the deadline
