- Research, collect and analyze construction costs of all project plans
- Check and evaluate BOQ and other contracts
- Prepare, control and facilitate sub-contractions and bidding for projects
- Measure and evaluate the working process
- Organize measurement of BOQ
- Make sure that the project plan is correct in accordance to the quantity including technical condition
- Prepare monthly report of cost control and QS work

• លក់ផលិតផលផ្សេងៗទៀតក្រៅពីផលិតឥណទានដូចជាសេវាប្រាក់បញ្ញើសន្សំ និងសេវាបង់រំលោះ ។ល។
• គ្រប់គ្រង ថែរក្សាអតិថិជនដែលមានស្រាប់ និងជ្រើសរើសអតិថិជនថ្មី។
• សិក្សាវាយតម្លៃពាក្យស្នើសុំកម្ចី និងឯកសារដែលពាក់ព័ន្ធពីអតិថិជន។
• គ្រប់គ្រងផលបត្រឥណទានឱ្យមានគុណភាពល្អ។
• ពិនិត្យជាប្រចាំពីការប្រើប្រាស់កម្ចី ការសងត្រឡប់ និងធ្វើរបាយការណ៍ប្រតិបត្តិការប្រចាំថ្ងៃ/ខែ/ឆ្នាំ។
• ធ្វើការងារផ្សេងៗទៀតទៅតាមការចាត់តាំងរបស់ប្រធានគ្រប់គ្រងផ្ទាល់។

• ធ្វើការផ្សព្វផ្សាយផលិតផល និងសេវាកម្ចីបង់រំលោះម៉ូតូ ម៉ូតូកង់បី ឡាន និងសម្ភារប្រើប្រាស់ដល់អតិថិជន។
• ធ្វើរបាយការណ៍អំពីចំនួន ឈ្មោះ និងលេខទូរស័ព្ទរបស់អតិថិជនដែលចង់ប្រើប្រាស់សេវាកម្ចីបង់រំលោះទៅឲ្យសាខារបស់អិលអូអិលស៊ីដើម្បីរៀបចំឯកសារកម្ចីបង់រំលោះដល់អតិថិជន។
• ជួយទំនាក់ទំនង និងជម្រុញសារជាថ្មីទៅកាន់សាខាប្រសិនបើដំណើរការផ្តល់សេវាកម្ចីបង់រំលោះទៅអតិថិជននៅមានភាពយឺតយ៉ាវ។
• ធ្វើការទំនាក់ទំនងសារជាថ្មីទៅកាន់អតិថិជនដែលមិនទាន់មានចំណាប់អារម្មណ៍។
• សម្របសម្រួលជាមួយម្ចាស់ហាងលក់ម៉ូតូ ម៉ូតូកង់បី ឡាន និងម្ចាស់ហាងលក់សម្ភារប្រើប្រាស់ដើម្បីពន្លឿនសេវាបង់រំលោះទៅអតិថិជនឲ្យបានទាន់ពេលវេលា។
• បង្កើតទំនាក់ទំនងល្អជាមួយម្ចាស់ហាងលក់ម៉ូតូ ម៉ូតូកង់បី ឡាន និងសម្ភារប្រើប្រាស់។
• ព្យាយាមសិក្សាស្វែងរកដៃគូសហការជាមួយម្ចាស់ហាងលក់ម៉ូតូ ម៉ូតូកង់បី ឡាន និងសម្ភារប្រើប្រាស់ថ្មី។/ ធ្វើការងារផ្សេងៗទៀតដែលចាត់តាំងដោយអ្នកគ្រប់គ្រង។

• Gathers, analyses, and organizes financial information on financial industry and competitive trends.
• Prepares a strategic plan of the Bank.
• Assist supervisors in developing new products, marketing and advertising plan of the Bank.
• Monitors the Bank’s business performance and prepare analytical report and cost effectiveness of each department.
• Coordinates tasks related to registration of BOD members, the amendments of Articles of Incorporation, the license approval with NBC and MOC, and other tasks assigned by management.

• Develop, maintain, enhance and troubleshoot existing applications.
• Develop, maintain and execute automation tests to ensure sufficient test complete.
• Work with the application development team in delivering the project and deliverables with time and good quality.
• Write well designed, efficient code.
• Report and other task assigned by IT Manager.

• Installation, upgrade and daily maintenance of all bank’s server’s installation.
• Keeping all bank’s servers serving 24/7, using redundancy schema for all servers.
• Daily monitoring of all bank’s servers, identifying and fixing performance and security breaches, weekly report of such monitoring with actions taken and report to IT Manager.
• Making backups of all servers based on schedule approved.
• Monitoring and maintenance of UPS of server rooms of the bank.
• Maintenance of file sharing server, Exchange servers, other server with Linux.
• Install new / rebuild existing servers and configure hardware, peripherals, services, setting, directories, storage, etc.
• Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, system and key process, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups.
• Perform other tasks assigned by IT Manager.

• Interprets Korean to Khmer or English, and vice versa at meeting, seminar, conference, workshop etc.
• Translates English to Korean and vice versa.
• Assists Department Head or Secretary of the Board of Directors for the BOD’s in preparation for the ordinary and extraordinary BOD meeting.
• Prepares NBC and MOC registrations regarding to the license approval, changing of the Board of Directors, and the amendments of the Articles of Incorporations.
• Performs other tasks as assigned by management.

• Oversee construction and renovation projects (New Office/Branch interior and exterior) for timely completion as contract.
• Purchase fixed assets, inventories, office equipment, printed materials and forms by obtaining requirement and compliance with policy.
• Maintain a good condition of the office equipment, vehicles and arranging for necessary repairs.
• Arrange regular testing for safety devices.
• Monitor the facility to ensure that it remains safe, secure, and well-maintained.
• Assist in budgeting and organizing special events and functions of the Bank.
• Prepare leasing agreement.
• Develop and implement new administrative systems as required by management.

• ATM and Card project:
o Actively participate in ATM project with related parties (Risk, IT, Finance, Compliance Department and Vendor) on producing of business requirement, functional specification and technical specification documents.
o Work with vendor on card, receipt and journal design.
o Work closely with vendor, IT team and other related parties on ATM placement, ATM installation and decoration of ATM room.
o Prepare manual, procedure and guideline of ATM and Card such as cash loading, ATM reconciliation, decoration of ATM room and Card management for standard procedure and maintaining a high level of security.
o Prepare training material and provide training to related staff on cash loading, ATM reconciliation, card management, etc.
o Handle and solve all ATM related incidences and fraudulent issues to maintain both customer and company interest.
o Plan the UAT testing, develop test scenarios and test cases of ATM application, and perform UAT testing to make sure the system is applicable to real scenarios and in accordance to the requirement.
o ATM Operation:
o Monitor daily cash balance and ATM service quality to ensure there is no interruption for daily transactions and on-going service to clients.
o Coordinate with vendor on ATM maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure ATM machine is properly performed.
o Analyze the performance of ATM and make recommendation for new development or suggested ideas for improving of security system.
