- Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards
- Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors
- Educating site workers on construction safety regulations and accident protocol
- Enforcing site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries
- Handling site accidents in accordance with established accident protocol
- Maintaining an accurate record of construction employee attendance.
- Evaluating the performance of construction employees and instituting disciplinary measures as needed
-Analyzing blueprints to ensure that construction projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications
-Recommending changes to construction operations or procedures to increase efficiency.

- Design and production of drawings for projects of different scales and stages in the design process, especially the architectural design.
- Prepare sketches, production drawings and detailed drawings by hand or using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Compilation of targeted project research and analysis into text documents and/or design solutions
- Preparation of and the ability to give verbal, visual, and oral presentations to clients, municipal staff and boards, community members, etc.
- Coordination between clients and consultant teams – Preparation of proposals, contracts, and cost estimates for upcoming projects
- Preparation of building permit applications and Site Plan Review
- Ensures architectural design work is completed on time and adheres to the established specifications and standards.
- Discuss designs and cost estimates in the project, including engineers, quantity surveyors, landscape architects, interior design, urban and regional planners
- Observe, inspect and monitor building work to ensure it is progressing according to the specifications
- Evaluate projects once it’s completed and occupied.
- Perform other related duties as required.

- Research, collect and analyze construction costs of all project plans
- Check and evaluate BOQ and other contracts
- Prepare, control and facilitate sub-contractions and bidding for projects
- Measure and evaluate the working process
- Organize measurement of BOQ
- Make sure that the project plan is correct in accordance to the quantity including technical condition
- Prepare monthly report of cost control and QS work

▪ Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any sub-contractors

▪ Give advice to sub-contractors and team members such as Engineering, Technician, and workers
▪ Develop and manage new method and strategy for improving and speeding up the project
▪ Develop and manage cost data on all types of buildings and infrastructure works
▪ Coordinate with sub-contractors regarding any issue or any problem that may occur
▪ Prepare cost plans and cost analyses, co-operate with designers to ensure that building can be erected with an approved budget
▪ Other tasks as assigned by Management

Duties and Responsibilities
-Produce highly detailed workings, drawings and specifications;
-Responsible to complete own designing work in timely and efficient manner;
-Coordinate the work of the project with Engineering team;
-Carry out regular site visits to check construction progress to monitor compliance with plan;
-Join to resolve problems and issues that might arise during construction;
-Assist to file document both hard and soft copy; and
-Other tasks as assigned by Manager.
Qualifications
-Obtained Bachelor Degree in Architecture or related field;
-At least 2-year experience in the construction sector;
-An in depth understanding and working knowledge of architecture;
-Be honest, flexible, independent, and able to work under pressure;
-Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize workload;
-Have strong visual awareness and an eye for detail;
-Have good drawing skills, 3D, and other architectural software;
-Be inventive and imaginative;
-Be passionate about buildings and the built environment; and
-Care about people and the environment.

- Set up the safety system to the company-wide
- Review and inspecting on –site safety conditions
- Analyze accident data and reports
- Do some traveling to work sites, conferences and seminars
- Answer unexpected emergency calls
- Conduct the safety training and safety law in Cambodia related to Industrial factory (Training & Development.
- Performance Management (Do the job for mechanical responsibility and safety in factory).
- Report back the environment and safety data to SCG Chemical in Thailand and local.
