Job Description
• Manage digital matters and build good relations as the primary point of contact for client
• Plan and execute campaigns and day-to-day deliverables
• Identify potential improvements, recommend to clients and support the execution
• Communicate and coordinate with internal teams to ensure deadlines are met
• Work closely with digital media and creative teams to propose exciting new ideas utilising the latest updates on digital platforms
• Supervise account executives to ensure smooth flow of work and growth for the team
• Follow established processes and workflow, including writing briefs, arranging meetings and setting reasonable timelines
Job Requirement
• Bachelor’s degree in advertising, communications, business, digital or marketing
• 2+ years experience in advertising, brand management or marketing industry
• Understanding of digital media platforms, online tools and creative formats available for campaign optimisations and tracking
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, time-management and negotiation skills
• Experience handling small to medium account portfolios independently or with support from supervisor
• Good level of English and Khmer for both spoken and written
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint and Excel) & GDrive
