1. Leading tender team in preparation of technical submissions for pre-tender
qualification and tender preparation.
2. Review tender documents and summarize critical information.
3. Prepare all documentation including method statements and other submissions.
4. Compile and prepare tender queries and response to tender queries.
5. Prepare and monitor tender progress.
6. Coordinate with tender team to obtain necessary information to facilitate
for tender submission
7. Coordinate meetings and prepare meeting minutes during tender stage.
8. Prepare and carry out tender presentation.
9. Monitor market for upcoming tenders and to obtain information.

Project Coordination
• Participate in all relevant project review meetings, site meetings, design meetings, and other project relevant meetings
• Coordinate with Project Manager, consultants, and subcontractors on all technical matters, including submission of method statement, drawings, materials, samples and work progress

Site Operations
• Work alongside other site managers in managing the delivery of MEP works and ensure that the works are carried out based on Coordinated shop drawings
• Supervise and manage the MEP team in the achievements of targets. Coordinate the preparation of as-built drawings
• Monitor and manage the delivery of materials and services. Ensure the QA/QC procedures are in place, Material Inspection Reports are duly signed off by the Engineer
• Coordinate the links between MEP Civil and other trades. Timely availability of material, method statement, workforce and supervision
• Implement Testing and Commissioning program as per the project schedule
• Ensuring quality of work satisfies project requirements and standards

Quality, Compliance and Safety
• Prepare Operation and Maintenance Manuals and Training sessions
• Implement quality control procedures, site safety and works carried out at site
• Report accidents that occur at site to Project Manager
• Carry out weekly site inspection and report progress, qualifications, protection, problems.
• Monitor sub-contractors and Direct Contractors off-site activities
