• Schedule work in advance to request materials at least 3 days in advance and plan construction on time.

• Assemble and install desktops and related peripherals (printers, scanners, etc.) according to established guidelines;
• Install, troubleshoot and maintain Windows, MS Office, Email Clients, Internet and other core and productivity software (S/W) helping end-users do their job more efficiently;
• Keep Desktops up to date with patches, virus updates, and security fixes, take backups and execute scheduled and ad-hoc maintenance activities ensuring conformance with maintenance schedules and mandates as well as with internal time-plans;
• Configure and administer desktops and laptops to ensure that interconnect seamlessly with file, email, application servers and services, troubleshooting and resolving related problems;
• Maintain and support the Local Area Network (LAN) escalating and resolving any issues with the assistance of the Network Unit;
• Maintain a complete hardware (H/W) and S/W inventory updating related tracking databases;
• Train end users on basic use of hardware and software helping them use their Desktops/Laptops productively.

• Provide initiative security requirements, security consultation and recommendation to the new project related to IT Project and/or
• Information System Project;
• Perform security control testing and security gaps analysis for the new solution and new IT Project if requires;
• Establish the procedure for manage and perform security assessment on Web Application, API and Application Development;
• Establish the procedure, guideline or test case scenario to perform penetration testing on the related system/application and delivery the report;
• Conduct Threat Analysis and provide mitigation control to prevent the information security threat and cyber threats;
• Perform security advisory functions to assessing information security risk and provide recommendation to mitigate the risk for the new business products or services;
• Perform information security risk assessment within the scope of information security by following information security risk management.

• Translate business requirements to technical documents in accordance with agreed templates;
• Take ownership to ensure high quality and timely delivery of multiple configuration, customization and developments in accordance with related development plans;
• Participate in project implementation assigned by Manager;
• Test software to ensure the code is correct and fix (debugging) errors where they occur; rerun and recheck the program until it produces the correct results;
• Recommend improvements to existing core banking system technical and business processes in order to meet requirements;
• Develop customizations and interfaces in the Core Banking System in conformance with development standards;
• Work with simplification and data teams to enhance end user experience and client insights;
• Collaborate closely with the quality assurance team to ensure the work before moving to user acceptance test;
• Participate in the designing and planning the projects in conjunction with the external partners, other IT, and business users.
• Make sure the long-term solutions are provided within the SLA on the Core Banking System;
• Develop, implement and document systems in internal methodology, processes and procedures for software development adhering to ISO & SDLC standards.
