• Control income and expenditure.
• Perform month-end accounting activities such as reconciliations and journal entries.
• Perform financial analysis and reporting to management as needed.
• Generate financial reports and statements the management for review.
• Prepare monthly and annual tax returns, payments, necessary paperwork, reports.
• Assess research difficult tax issues identify solutions.
• Ensure company complies regulations by forwarding required information state local authorities.
• Work with internal auditor and tax authorities.
• Keep update tax department information new policy.
• Being the key contact between other departments related financial accounting matters.
• Ad-Hoc tasks be assigned by Finance Manager and general manager

• Ensure the safety of staff, customers and property of the Bank
• Ensure all visitors are thoroughly screened before being allowed to enter the building
• Patrol around and inside the bank premises to detect and prevent any unauthorized entry or intrusion
• Control the traffic flow around the perimeter of the building
• Monitor all security surveillance system

• Diploma in Banking or its equivalent with good Mathematics result
• Ability to converse and write in English and Chinese would be an added advantage
• No experience required

• Monitor the operations of computer hardware/ systems, ensure timely execution of jobs and prompt problems escalation
• Print and sort reports for distribution to the users and branches
