12. Receives and checks plans and drawings to perform the required work on site

- Coordination work progress with Site Engineer
- Undertaking land/topographic/building surveys using variety of specialist equipment and technology
- Measuring distances and angles between points on, above and below the earth surface
- Analyze and recording data using plans, maps, charts and software such as AutoCAD, and verifying the accuracy of data
- Preparing survey drawings, maps and reports
- Presenting data to project manager, site manager and related parties
- Advising about technical matters and whether construction plan is viable
- Checking structure layout, alignment, deflection, etc.

1. Represent the Firm in all interactions with clients, contractors, architects, and other project team members concerning ELV systems (BMS/DMS/CCTV/DMS).
2. Performed inspections and witnessing of testing & commissioning of ELV systems as per the existing standard and safety code to make sure it is safe for people to use.

7. Witness the T&C on-site test to ensure the integrity and accuracy of the reports.
8. Keeps well informed on current technology applicable to area of expertise.
9. Able to review/comment on instrument engineering control systems like P&IDs, Network Architecture, Instrument Specifications, Loops and Schematics, Control Panel Layouts, Instrument location layout drawings, cable block diagram and cable schedule, control room layout drawings, control schematic diagram-control and logic diagram for any control system equipment.

• Estimating quantity as per Approved for Construction drawings based on actual onsite change in quantity as per site conditions.

• Assessment of change work Orders and Variations (Subcontractor and Client) in line with the Contract of Agreement.
• Monitor flow of Payments to subcontractors against budget quantities and actual progress done.
• Evaluation of Progress Measurement submitted by Subcontractor QS and generating reports to Company’s Main system for progress Measurement and Accounting.
• Review and Assessment of complex and high-risk scope of works for possible Value Engineering.
• Monitoring the weekly man hours spent against the budget man hours.
• Proposal of Tagging system for new items with corresponding activities for proper identification and monitoring.
• Review of Tender Documents and Client requirements.
• Evaluation of Material Specification and Prices of Vendors /Subcontractors against Project Specifications.

- MEP Design Manager: is responsible to manage and oversee the planning, design/engineering, coordination and implementation, control and monitor the MEP Designing proposal such as Electrical, ELV, HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage, Gas, Fire Protection and Fire Alarm Systems.
2. Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure management of the MEP design process in accordance with company policy, procedures and the Design Management Plan.
- Develop the MEP Project design brief (concept) and maintain by regular review
- Manage the MEP design including all inputs, coordination and deliverables to achieve the time, cost, and quality objectives.
- Arrange full construction (MEP Installation & planning) support during the design phase to maximize constructability.
- Set-up & monitor a MEP design quality plan, linking Designers quality plans with a regular review and audit function.
- Ensure that the design intent and design performance criteria are maintained through the design development and construction process.
- Report immediately any event which will significantly change previous forecasts and/or senior management expectations of the next forecasts.
- Lead problem solving and resolution of design issues
- Identify issues causing risk or delay to the project

• Ability to work outside the company for the site survey in and outside both Phnom Penh/Provinces, if required.
