• Responsible for ensuring the overall achievement of branch sales and service goals

• Three year experience in sales and operation in the bank/microfinance/leasing industry
• Two years of experience in management and staff supervision
• Prior business development experience required, microfinance, or banking industry preferred
• Good computer skills in word processing and spreadsheet software application; working knowledge of MIS for the bank/microfinance/leasing industry
• Working proficiency in English
