Job Description
• Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense.
• Meeting planned sales goals
• Supervise operations team to ensure operational excellence both sales and aftersales.
• Educate operations team on best practices, company policies and service excellence standards both sales and aftersales
• Regular control on the quality of report system of the sales department and prepare monthly sales forecast plans.
• Coordinate as problem- solution filter to head of operation in different operational issues and promotional activities
• Develop productive, profitable and achievement oriented working environments for employees
• Address operational issues and concerns in a timely fashion, follow up the solution; action until the problem is solved
• Evaluate current operational strategies and recommend improvements
• Attend important and regular meeting that assigned by HOO
• Assist in interviewing, recruiting, training, performance evaluation, promotion and termination activities.
• Communicate with key stakeholders on
• Write and submit weekly reports to the HOO, Other task assigned by HOO
Job Requirement
• Bachelor or master degree in business or related to industry, 3+ years of management experience
• Good Leadership and Management, Good interpersonal skills
• Collaboration, problem-solving skills are required
• Ability to clearly analyze data and communicate key insights
• Bachelor’s or Master's degree with equivalent work experience required.
