Job Description
• Formulate and improve HR management and rules and regulations, supervise and inspect the implementation of the rules and regulations.
• According to the company’s development plan, accurately grasp the talent portrait, implement and prepare the recruitment demand plan, achieve the recruitment target, improve the recruitment efficiency.
• Responsible for the implementation, evaluation and improvement of the company’s performance management, and the organization of performance appraisal management.
• Help to establish staff relations, coordinate the relationship between staff and management, organize staff activities, shape, maintain and spread corporate culture.
• Draft important documents, organize important meetings, keep important materials and files of the company.
• Responsible for reception and banquet arrangement.
• Establish salary system, career planning channel and reward and punishment mechanism.
Job Requirement
• Bachelor degree or related degree.
• Admin & HR related management experience.
• Knowledge of recruitment, performance appraisal and salary management.
• Be familiar with laws, regulations and policies on labor and personnel in Cambodia.
• Experience in working with relevant government departments and institutions on personnel and labor.
• More than 5 years Experiences.
• Having good commands of English.
