Job Description
1) Responsible for the daily operation and management of the engineering department.
2) Summarize the construction and management experience, prepare the annual work plan of the engineering department, formulate the responsibilities of each position, and formulate the construction plan of each project.
3) Regularly conduct professional skills training for employees, and submit training records to the personnel department.
4) Responsible for coordinating the work of each department, strengthening communication and cooperation with each department, paying special attention to the coordination between the site manager/supervisor and the procurement, and handling and solving problems in a timely manner.
5) Preside over regular department meetings (fixed time, the general manager will participate as appropriate), coordinate the work of all employees, convey the spirit of company meetings, and arrange main tasks.
6) Supervise the implementation of the construction management system, inspect the quality and safety of the project on-site, and coordinate and resolve existing problems. Supervise the construction progress of each project to ensure the completion of each project with guaranteed quality and quantity.
7) Cooperate with the financial department in the follow-up and collection of the project progress payment, and must ensure that the corresponding amount of money is received before the construction can be carried out, otherwise the company will be held accountable.
8) The construction schedule, personnel arrangement, material purchase, and project cost budget of the site manager must be strictly supervised and reviewed. If problems occur, they must be held accountable.
9) To ensure that each project must have a complete "contract", "quotation", "budget cost", and "construction schedule" submitted to the secretariat from the beginning of construction, scanned and archived by the secretary on the public disk, and the project construction must be completed Submit the "Completion Acceptance Form" to the company, and notify the secretary or related personnel to take photos and archives of the completed construction to quickly handle customer complaints, and solve customer requests and doubts in a timely and satisfactory manner. If the customer complaints are not handled in a timely manner, secondary complaints are caused Those who cause serious consequences must bear corresponding responsibilities.
10) The issue of safety responsibility during the construction process must be taken seriously, and training must be in place. If safety accidents are caused by lack of training, supervision, or subjective factors, the engineering department needs to take corresponding responsibilities and report to the general manager in a timely manner. Job Requirement
1) Educational background: Uniformly recruited university degree (including) or above;
2) Requirements for the majors studied: Structural majors (civil engineering/construction engineering);
3) Relevant work experience: More than 5 years of experience in structural design supervisor level and above design work in a Class A design institute;
