Job Description
• Lead and coordinate to develop long term marketing strategic for SONIN FINANCE PARTNER
• Lead and coordinate to develop marketing budget on the annual basis with concerned branches and department
• Develop and manage the implementation of marketing strategies and strategic action plan for the year to come
• Lead, manage, motivate, and evaluate the staff under supervision to work toward SONIN FINANCE PARTNER vision and mission.
• Manage to analyze and evaluate the market demand, competitors’ environment, competitors’ product and services, and economic context of the country.
• Manage to analyze and evaluate the impact study of lending, customer service performance and build awareness positioning.
• Manage to efficiency and effectiveness of marketing promotion and advertising though mass media, print ads, and telemarketing.
• Manage to produce the marketing material and communication tools to build SONIN FINANCE PARTNER ’s branding, promote SONIN FINANCE PARTNER products and services, and support the operational growth.
• Initiate and manage to build SONIN FINANCE PARTNER social image with the public
• Manage to create the new promotion campaign in order to attract new customer and strengthen the existing customer with SONIN FINANCE PARTNER.
• Develop, define the strategic marketing plan of SONIN FINANCE PARTNER products and outlets
• Lead the development of behavior change materials and campaigns for SONIN FINANCE PARTNER products
• Manage the interpersonal communications, hotline and other unique special marketing jobs.
• Manage company contact database of customer, investors and other stakeholder and maintain a good relationship with them by keeping informed them of all company update
• Marketing & Communication:
o Involve in preparation of budget plan for marketing and research department
o Initiate marketing plan to launch new product as well as promote existing products.
o Propose promotion campaign to increase sale volume to reach OP for credit and non-credit product.
o Initiate and manage marketing program as part of sale support.
o Propose effective advertising channel for managements.
o Contribute for the effective of implementation branding within the company.
o Implement and control the promotion campaign for the company.
o Co-Marketing Activities:
o Plan and propose promotion campaign with business partner.
o Work with business partner to plan the join-marketing activities.
o Manage and implement the join-marketing activities.
o Corporate Social Responsibilities:
o Prepare yearly CSR plan for the company.
o Prepare and manage to budget plan for CSR activities.
o Manage the development of procedure/manual of CSR.
o Lead the implementation of CRS activities both in HO and branches.
o Manage and prepare report of CSR and submit to stakeholder.
Job Requirement
• Bachelor Degree in Management, Business Administrative, or other related fields.
• At least 3 years of experiences as Sales Representative or Sale Manager, consistently meeting or exceeding the targets;
• Be dynamic, smart and friendly;
• Integrity, commitment, team work, good interpersonal and communication skill.
• Excellent ability to manage a filing and management techniques.
• Proven ability to drive sales process from plan to close
• Good commend in English and Chinese is a plus (speaking, writing and listening).
• Good computer knowledge (MS. Office, Internet & Email) .
• Good at critical thinking, problem solving, organizational and time management skills;
• Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
• The ability to work on your own initiative; attention to detail;
• Flexibility and adaptability to juggle a range of different tasks and to work extra hours to meet deadlines;
• Discretion and an understanding of confidentiality issues;
• Good attitude and ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines;
