1. Scope of working

Quantity Surveyor is responsible for both the outline and detailed estimate of the project cost and or a particular element thereof, based on drawings issued by the Design Department. Moreover, they will liaise with both the Design Department and the Construction Team that estimates (Barem’s) are being issued and released in line with the project “Barem” schedule.

2.Duties & responsibilities:

- Able to prepare OME (Order of Magnitude Estimate) based on the drawings issued by the Design Department.
- Prepare the detailed MTO’s (quantity take‐off) from drawings issued by the Design Department.
- Ensure the MTO’s is built up methodically, in sufficient detail and in accordance with good estimating practice.
- Able to assess cost affects when changes to the project occur; delays, variations and change orders.
- Able to prepare a statement of final account (records the actual cost of all sections of the project).
- Other tasks assign by Manager.

1. Scope of work

AutoCAD Draftsmen create technical drawings by using computer aided design software, duties such as consulting with clients, cooperating with other workers, determining required materials and construction procedures, and checking designs for mistakes.

2. Job Responsibility
- Checking & Reviewing plan information for completeness and accuracy.
- Prepare assembly and detail drawings on the basis of the information and instruction provided
- Makes necessary calculations for drawing development.
- Prepares and assists in drawing revisions are required.
- Prepares As-built drawings in the prescribed computer sheet given by the Client/Consultant and assist in Project Close-Outs.
- Maintains knowledge of Company standards and incorporate these into engineering design.
- Transform AUTOCAD drawings into 3D drawings (If required).

Architectural Lighting Designer is responsible for studying and designing lighting and electrical systems. Works in collaboration with a variety of professionals, including interior designers, electrical engineers and architects

- Produce Architectural lighting concepts for Exterior or Interior Design

- Prepare presentation documents and otherwise assist in presentations both internally and externally

A Lighting Designer usually works under limited supervision, but as a member of a collaborative team usually lead by the Concept Architect

Architect is responsible for developing and designing construction project.

2. Duties & Responsibilities:

- Involve with designing new building;
- Ensure that project designing matches with the needs and functional;
- Regular site visit to check on construction progress and produce detail drawings;
- Deal with problem that might come up during construction process;
- Extra claims raise by manager.

• Work with the design team to fully understand the shop drawing and production drawing, if any.
• Give correct technical guideline for sub-contractors and vendors.
• Ensure strict and correct translation of structure drawings by the sub-contractors and vendors. This includes building dimension, material specifications
• Work in close collaboration with structure foremen to ensure the correct installation of re-bars and form work in strict compliance with the specifications of column, beam and slab dimension.
• Spend 85 % of the working hours on site to supervise sub-contractors’ work to ensure the construction progresses as planned with efficient use of construction material and still retain high construction quality
• Coordinate vendors’ work to ensure smooth site work progress and ensure that no one team’s work is held up by other teams.
• Supervise the sub-contractors’ and vendor’s work to ensure order and safety at the construction site
• Other tasks as assigned by direct supervisor.
