• Analyze customer requirements through project information from the sales team
• Design steel building structures by using specializing analysis software and occasionally by manual
• Provide technical documentation including CAD drawing (proposal and approval), cost data, design calculations, bills of materials, technical specifications, test data, etc.
• Support other departments where required on issues of a technical nature
• Provide technical support for customers, which may involve site visits
• Optimizes the design by utilizing optimizing techniques to achieve the most economical and an ade-quate design.
• Plan to finish the work according to the schedules and deadlines assigned. Give early warning to the supervisor if the schedules cannot be met.
• Participates in design meetings and suggests improvement of design engineering practices
• Checks other design engineer’s work if checking assigned to him
• Review shop drawing/ erection drawing/material planning and submission to customer
• Go for site inspection during construction and make improvements
• Other tasks as assigned

• Check the condition of the site before starting construction activities, verify design compatibility, practicality and constraints;

I . Junior Landscape Architect

Junior Landscape Architect role is to design landscape plans, in charge of preparing project proposals and completing projects from design through construction. He/she shall be actively contributing to the landscape architectural works required in project phases: Concept Design, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, Bidding and Negotiation, and Construction Administration.
Prepares landscape architectural work, design and preparation of plans and specifications, working under minimum supervision of a Lead Architect. He/she shall be responsible for the following project deliverables:
- Research and precedent study
- Preliminary design sketches
- Layout plan, section, and elevation drawing
- 3D rendered visual image and animation
- Material list and specification
- Detailing drawings from which costing area made
- Working drawing for construction
- Finishing site works as built and other drawing

II . Senior Landscape Architect

Senior landscape architects plan, design and supervise the development of a wide range of external spaces. They combine artistic skills with practicality to ensure the landscape is both beautiful and functional. He/she shall be completing the landscape architectural works required in project phases: Concept Design, Schematic Design, Design Development, Tender/Construction Documents, Bidding and Negotiation, and Construction Administration.
Senior landscape architects are responsible for creating natural and built environments that are aesthetically pleasing as well as practical, in both urban and rural areas:
- Prepare landscape design concept plans and perspective views to illustrate design intent
- Prepare development drawings and working drawings, which include hardscape and water features, drainage, lighting, material and plant specifications
- Coordinate and address technical issues
- Prepare documentation to specify requirements for tendering purposes
- Review of shop drawings
- Conduct periodic site inspections of landscape works to ensure that it adheres to design intent/ contract document
- Perform other duties assigned by Lead Architect/Architectural Manager

Tasks & Duties:

** Duties:
- Managing parts of construction projects
- Overseeing building work undertaking surveys setting out sites
- checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly
- Supervising contracted staff
- Ensuring project packages meet agreed specifications, budgets and/or timescales
- Liaising with clients, subcontractors and other professional staff, especially quantity surveyors and the overall project manager
- Providing technical advice and solving problems on site

• Provide IT support to customer, mainly related to internet service
• Assist troubleshoot networks, internet connectivity in the customer site or the company
• Install, configure, and maintain internet connection, network cabling, and other related equipment, and devices, adds or upgrades hardware and software and configures wireless access point, router with wireless and related equipment
• Implement network security and provide technical support to customer, anti-virus updates, managing host security and other related PCs.
• Configure e-mail client and provide technical support for our customer (Anti-Virus, Spam protection and scanning, and other related e-mail)
• Travel to customer site to install/configure modem/device & solve other related internet issues
• Customers’ site survey and draw diagram, included laying cable
• POP maintenance

• Can splice fiber in ODF, closure, splitter, fix backbone/customer link, test signal from POP/splitter/customer site and use OTDR in order to measure the distance on laying cable.
• Can lay optical fiber cable and attach on EDC/TC poles both overhead and underground.
• OSP Engineer has to perform jobs following work flow & work instruction from CTO & OSP Manager such as:
- Complete new installation case on time, complete survey case as requested
- Work closely with NOC, TS, CS & Sales Team
- Responsible for all maintenance cases on time
