Job Description
• Plan, prepare and present lessons catering to the needs of children on varying age ranges within classes.
• Use a variety of learning & teaching strategies appropriate for pupils, lesson topic & objective.
• Provide a variety of materials and resources for children to explore, manipulate and use, both in learning activities and in imaginative play.
• Teach basic skills such as color, shape, number and letter recognition, personal hygiene, and social skills.
• Establish and enforce rules for behavior, and procedures for maintaining order.
• Observe and evaluate children's performance, behavior, social development, and physical health.
• Prepare materials and classrooms for class activities.
• Meet and communicate with parents on aspects of a child’s learning.
Job Requirement
• Bachelor’s Degree in the field of Education or Related Discipline.
• At least 1 year experience working with children of different age groups.
• Ability to create teaching aids and lesson plans.
• Strong knowledge of educational techniques and methods for teaching young children.
• Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet & Email)
• Ability to work well independently as well as a part of a team.
• A high level of professionalism and consideration of the well-being of children
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
