• Create monthly and yearly budget planning and implementation schedules for social media campaign.
• Edit and post content, videos, podcasts, and dubbed audio content from factory/supplier on online sites

• To build a database of clientele and increase the exposure of products throughout Cambodia and work with PR and branding companies to maximize the PR opportunities and expose the brand where possible
• To set up a sales and marketing plan and budgets for each financial year and ensure that it is implemented
• To oversee all incoming enquiries direct/indirect and ensure that each one is handled in a proper and efficient manner
• To ensure that the database is created, built up and updated
• To build strong working relationships with the front and back management
• To event manage all appointed sponsored events and wherever possible up sell on these event
• Create, deliver and measure promotional activities, including staff incentives
• Create and implement sales/forecasting and budgeting plan
• New market and new customer's development, enlarge products sale market

• Cooperate with marketing team for promotion or any proposal actives to potential depots
• Establish sales team who can handle channel, and depots customers. Identify market opportunities and new customers to win new business.
• Lead customer relationship management work, keep good and long-term relationship with key customers. Leverage all sales channels to build a healthy distribution system.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly sales order and sales forecast report. Be responsible for order, hit rate and other target, submit sales data to management and HQ monthly or after back from trip.
• To attend weekly management meetings to discuss operational, financial and day to day management issues and to build a strong management infrastructure- (Ideally)
• Work closely with operation team to make sure stock balance (in stock products)and smoothly delivery for individual depot.

Job Requirement
• Graduated BA Degree related with Sale and Marketing or equivalent degree
• Need 5 years experience up related with Sale Manager with lighting or electrical products
• Good at leader and management skill, problem-solving and flexible
• Knowledge of marketing & communication.
• Computer literate (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Pleasant and flexible personality, self-integrity
• Be able to travel to provinces is required- Strong organization skills and results driven mind-set.
