• Ensure core banking system is available and can response to JMC business requirements.
• Closely coordinate with software vendor to resolve system problems caused by users, hardware and software.
• Create new branches, products, features, modules... up on request.
• Support and upload CBC data on weekly and monthly basis.
• Maintain and develop report based on requirement.Backup and restore database.
• Support system upgrades, new features and/or product test, and apply fixes/patches.
• Provide system training and support to Head Office and Branches.
• Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor.

• Systems/applications availability management as agreed with business;
• Key operational matrices and reporting of all applications, early warning reporting;
• Monitoring and support transactions of all channels integrating with ESB, deploying new fix and changes from vendors and Platform & Enterprise Solution (PES) team;
• Study the challenges of stakeholders and initiate to enhance with monitoring, troubleshooting tools and automate by internal development or Robotic Process Automation (RPA) platform;
• Join in projects to give supports, deployment, 2nd level support and escalating to EPS or Vendor with some analysis of root causes for solution;
• Ensure of 24x7x365 up and running of: ESB, ATM, ATM CSS, Mobile Banking, FAST, LOS, EWS, Web reporting application and other customer self-service applications with capability to troubleshooting for issue;
• Supporting all non-core applications excluding digital channels;
• Actively in the change request processes such as ERP, EPM, Fix Asset, Service-Now;
• Involving in back-end application projects ERPM, IFRS, HCM, Fix Assets, Service-Now (ITSM platform);
• Provide support in developing plans and strategies to improve system integration/none core application.

• Maintain all computers and electronic devices;
• Provide timely and effective technical support on the day-to-day of IT operational works;
• Provide network access to teachers, and staff as well as assist them regarding all IT subject matters;
• Solve the troubleshoots and other issues related with computers and electronic devices as requested;
• Install and configure the computer hardware, software, operating systems, and applications;
• Deal with computer hardware and software such servers, printer, sound systems, lighting systems, network devices utilities, including virus cleaning;
• Test and evaluate the technological devices;
• Provide the recommendations about accessing information and purchasing of technology resources;
• Provide the training and support to new users of existing technologies;
• Adapt with workplace environment and quick learn the new technologies;
• Other technical tasks will be assigned by Supervisor.

• Provide initiative security requirements, security consultation and recommendation to the new project related to IT Project and/or
• Information System Project;
• Perform security control testing and security gaps analysis for the new solution and new IT Project if requires;
• Establish the procedure for manage and perform security assessment on Web Application, API and Application Development;
• Establish the procedure, guideline or test case scenario to perform penetration testing on the related system/application and delivery the report;
• Conduct Threat Analysis and provide mitigation control to prevent the information security threat and cyber threats;
• Perform security advisory functions to assessing information security risk and provide recommendation to mitigate the risk for the new business products or services;
• Perform information security risk assessment within the scope of information security by following information security risk management.

o Liaising with programmers, applications/operational staff, IT project managers and other technical staff. Managing database security/integrity and backup procedures.

o Writing reports, documentation, and operating manuals.
o Testing and modifying databases to ensure that they operate reliably.
o Providing user training, support, and feedback.
